What is Indoor Rider?

Indoor Rider is a series of cycling workouts for athletes of all levels. It provides you with an effective cycling program right at home!

What do I need to get started?

All you need is a heart rate monitor, a bike trainer or rollers, and a computer to download the videos.

How long is each workout?

Each workout is approximately 1 hour long.

In what format are the videos available?

windows media format, in both high and low resolutions. We also provide the videos in Ipod format so you can take them with you to the gym if you don’t have a trainer at home.
Once you are logged in, go to a video download page you will see the formats and file sizes available for downloading.

How much does it cost?

A silver subscription is $157.99 USD annually. With this you get immediate access to all published videos.

I don’t have a paypal account…can I use credit?

Yes, follow the registration process until you get to the point where you are required to pay. You will see a radio button for using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex).

Subscription? How does that work?

When you sign up for a subscription it is automatically recurring. To cancel, you can simply log into your paypal account and cancel the subscription.
If you used credit, contact your credit provider.

How are these videos different from other cycling videos on the market?

With Indoor Rider, coach Pady is riding right there with you working hard and motivating you.
Indoor Rider is also unique as it takes you on a week by week progression in order to make you a stronger, fitter cyclist. Each workout builds on the previous ones, they are all part of a specially designed program.

Are the workouts unique?

Yes, each workout is different. Some elements are repeated to improve your cycling technique.

Why isn’t there music playing during the workouts?

Due to copyright laws, we are not allowed to rebroadcast music without permission. We suggest you put together your own playlists that are about an hour long so you can listen to your favorite songs while working out.

Why should I incorporate this into my workout schedule?

If you are a triathlete, cyclist or just training for fitness, Indoor Rider will help you improve your performance, keep you motivated and, make sure you don’t overtrain.

Why watch these videos when I could just go outside and ride my bike?

Weather often stops us from working out when we should, so by subscribing to Indoor Rider, you’ll be doing one workout a week that won’t be weather permitting.  Come summer time it will be a key workout in your week.
